Vintage recycling is great when it’s not kitsch. I once saw on Dragon’s Den a guy who made ergonomic chairs out of shopping carts, and work desks out of airplane wings. Now that is cool recycling.
And this too, is pretty nice stuff. A German company has decided to turn 50s circuit training equipment into laptop bags, wallets and so on. Each piece is unique and marketed to contain “a little bit of sweat”. And since the source materials are limited in quantity, the products themselves are also limited edition. Pretty sweet and original.
