Moving away from the bright purple, blue, and green hues of the past few seasons, H&M goes retro, romantic and neutral for the spring 2009 collection. Voluminous shapes, ruffles, length, and pastel colour combinations dominate.
The photo releases look great, so it might be easy to overlook the fact that unless you’re 6 foot and rail thin, the shapes and volume might be hard to pull off, much like the peasant skirts from a few years back. Thoughts?
